Prior to Watershed, Wendy worked for leading Bay Street companies such as Dynamic Mutual Funds, Richardson Greenshields and RBC Dominion Securities. As an accomplished educator, Oktay has taught marketing, e-commerce, Web 2.0 technologies, project management and digital design at a number of leading schools including the Vancouver Film School, The Alberta College of Art and Design and The University of Lethbridge. Currently he is completing his Master's degree in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University.

Dr. Horatio Morgan

Dr. Horatio Morgan is an Associate Professor of Global Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University. His research interests include international entrepreneurship with a focus on immigrant entrepreneurs. Specifically, he evaluates immigrants’ contributions to the development, innovation performance, internationalization and success of Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises.

Dr. Morgan's work has been published in internationally recognized academic journals, and major industry reports in collaboration with the Conference Board of Canada and others. Based on his research and expertise, he has substantially contributed towards evidence-based policy-making aimed at incorporating Canada's diverse immigrant communities in its export promotion agenda.

Moustafa Fouad
Contracts Specialist

Moustafa is a Contracts Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, he manages commercial sales proposals for medical devices. He is also a certified mindfulness meditation practitioner from the University of Toronto and the founder of www.themindfulpractice.com.

Prior to his current role, Moustafa worked as a Proposal Specialist at General Electric, and is a past board member of Working Skills Center a non-profit organization that empowers immigrants by providing skills training, work experience, and settlement services.

Before moving to Canada in 2009, Moustafa lived in Egypt where he worked as an account manager at Ogilvy & Mather and later as a brand manager at Unilever. He holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in marketing.

Rohini Dhowan

Rohini has over 8 years of marketing and communications experience in Financial Services and CPG Marketing. She graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Prior to being in Canada, she has worked in India and the UK.

Her education spans over 5 countries at various levels giving her a unique perspective of adapting to new cultures and working with a diverse team. She is actively involved with several charities and is an advocate of diversity in the workplace.

Maureen Shuell

Maureen Shuell is a bilingual communications’ strategist with 25 years of experience in senior political and not-for-profit roles leading communications’ strategies, government relations’ projects, large-scale conferences, events and trade shows. She has prepared delegations for meetings with elected officials, held media events on Parliament Hill, and managed large-scale digital projects.

For 12 years, she was Director of Communications for the Canadian Urban Transit Association. In 2012, she founded the consulting firm, RendezVous Communications with a focus on Bringing People and Ideas Together through integrated issues management, marketing, media relations, social media, government relations' strategies and meeting facilitation.

Prior his current role, moved from France and started in Canada at SAP, Riva Modeling Systems and Oracle where he gained increasing responsibilities. Samuel earned an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and lives in Toronto with his wife and his three kids sharing travelling and sport activities at his spare time.
