Maureen Ford is Program Manager of the ICTC initiative that connects employers to newcomer ICT professionals who are employment-ready after completing ICTC’s bridge training program called the Integrated Work Experience Strategy (IWES) Program. IWES is a workforce-solution bridge training program that prepares and assists internationally educated and experienced ICT professionals to secure employment and continue their career in Canada's Digital economy.

Senior Human Resources Leader

Anne is a Senior Human Resources Leader with a 1205+ year HR career. She possesses extensive experience in all facets of Human Resources. Anne is a pro in relationship building; meeting new people and helping businesses achieve success by being a trusted strategic human resources executive and business partner.

Anne's extensive expertise encompasses participating in and leading others in transformational change, strategic HR leadership, total rewards, organizational development, talent management, etc. Her 3 key motivators are challenges, results and variety.

Aneela Zaib

Aneela Zaib is currently the CEO at emergiTEL, with 10 years in the recruitment industry. Anella holds a Masters in Electrical & Computer Engineering.

In founding emergiTel in 2006, Aneela's goal was to provide a go-to platform for IT professionals to connect with employers seeking qualified talent. emergiTEL was ranked twice as Canada's fastest growing companies (PROFIT Magazine).

Aneela has won many awards in past years including the "Top 100 female entrepreneurs across Canada (W100)", "Winning Women Doing Business" award twice , "Champion of Immigrant Success" award by TRIEC/RBC and recently the Ersnt & Young (EY) "Entrepreneurial Winning Women(TM) Award".

Chief Information Officer

Ted is the Chief Information Officer for the Tridel Group of Companies and has been with the Tridel Group over twenty years, leading the information technology group for the last fifteen. Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration

Ted is passionate about contribution and advancing innovation across Canada through partnerships and collaboration. He has been recognized with several awards including IT leadership, IT application development, smart buildings, and innovation, Top Ten Best in Class CIO’s in North America, CIPA Gold Award of Excellence, Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for Canadian innovation, and the Mid-Career Award from the University of Toronto.

Marc Lijour
Savoir-faire Linux

Marc Lijour is leading the development of Savoir-Linux in Ontario, which includes building a team and generating revenues. Savoir-faire Linux is a system integrator focusing on Free/Open Source Software, capable of digitizing a business from the factory floor, through the server room and the back-office, to the Web and mobile applications.

Savoir-faire Linux helps engineering and IT groups leverage open innovation practices to productize, to reduce cost, and to increase customer satisfaction. Marc Lijour also sits on the board of the Information and Communications Technology Council, and he serves as interim CEO at Prepr.

Since 2007, Ollie has personally interviewed over 5,000 IEPs from a wide variety of professional backgrounds and countries of origin, gaining unique insights into the dynamics of the integration of IEPs into the workforce in Canada, via Career Edge’s paid internship model. Career Edge is a self-sustaining social enterprise that works with Canadian employers to facilitate mid-level professional paid internships for IEPs that launch their careers in Canada.

Since 2011, Ollie has also been an Advisor with the Planning for Canada program, delivering pre-arrival services for IEPs who are soon to be arriving in Canada and entering the workforce as Federal Skilled Workers or Provincial Nominees.
