2003 IEP Conference Proceedings
In 2002 PCPI conceived and produced the inaugural IEP conference called "Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges" in collaboration
with City of Toronto Economic Development and Toronto Community News. This event was held at Centennial College, Scarborough Campus, and attracted over 600 participants.
